Objective:To research the risk factors of maxillofacial and neck vascular disease among Uyghur children in the southern three district of xinjiang ,taking measure and put forward the key intervention factors.Methods:1:1matched case-control study was carried out with 341vascular disease cases from cross-sectional investigation 1-12years old Uyghur children in the southern three district. 341controls which contain 1-12years old Uyghur children without vascular disease or other congenital abnormality were selected from same cross-sectional investigation. Parents were questioned for weather exposure to the toxic factors that occurred during early Pregnancy. All of the data were analyzed by simple and multiple conditional Logistic regression.Result:Data from Logistic regression revealed that, the factors virus infection during early Pregnancy, medication during early Pregnancy, exposure to the toxic during early Pregnancy, malnutrition during early Pregnancy may correlated with Vascular diseases of maxillofacial and neck. OR value were 15.444,4.115,17.114,6.830 respectively.Conclusion:Vascular diseases of maxillofacial and neck of Uyghur children in the southern three district of xinjiang may caused by multiple factors. The prevention of risk factors during the early Pregnancy. Change bad life style would reduce the occurrence of vascular disease.
