| ã€Introduction】Hepatocellular carcinoma is a kind of malignancy with high mortality and bad therapeutic efficacy. Finding new breakthroughs to achieve better outcomes has become a research focus of hepatocellular carcinoma. Heat shock transcription factor 1(HSF1), a newly found molecular of peptide, has become a hot spot of reserach because of its contribution to the genesis and development of various tumors .So it is of great value to find the role of HSF1 in the genesis and development of hepatocellular carcinoma.ã€Objective】To investigate the expression and transctiptional activity of heat shock transcription factor 1 in human hepatocelluar carcinoma and adjacent liver tissue,so that to provide basic evidence for further clinical study of targeted therapy of HCC.ã€Methods】To obserne the differences of the expression and transcriptional activity of HSF1 present between nine cases of HCC tissues and adjacent tissues by immunohistochemical method and Western blot.ã€Results】Expression and transcriptional activity of HSF1 in HCC tissues were obviously stronger than that in adjacent tissues(p﹤0.05).ã€Conclusion】Differences of expression and transcriptional activity of HSF1were present obviously between HCC and adjacent tissues.. |
