Study On The Expression Of Grp-94, P-selectin, Paxillin And Detaction Of Grp-94 Gene In Endometrium Carcinoma

Objective:Studies on the expression and the clinical pathology significance of Grp-94, Paxillin, the P-selectin, the Grp-94 gene, in the endometrium cancer tissues.Methods:The cases of 50 with endometrium cancer and normal cases of 50 were tested by immunohistochemistry techque in tumor related gene Grp-94, Paxillin, the P-selectin, as well as the Grp-94 gene was studied by in-situ hybridization. Simultaneously, the relationship among the expression and the endometrium carcinogenesis, the infiltration and the shift and so on clinical pathology parameter is studied by the reviews.Result:the Grp-94,Paxillin,p-selectin,the Grp-94 Gene expression rate is 68.0%,54.0%,60.0%,72.0%.IN the high,middle and low differentiation, Grp-94 expression positive rate respectively is differently 56.5%,70.0% and 82.4%. P<0.05, The expression of Grp-94 of lymphnode metastasis expression positive rate respectively is 86.7% and 40.0%, P<0.05. In the surgical pathologyⅠ-Ⅱperiod andⅢ-Ⅳperiod, Grp-94 expression positive rate respectively is differently 69.4%,64.3%, P>0.05.IN the high,middle and low differentiation, Paxillin expression positive rate respectively is differently 26.1%,80.0% and 76.5%. P<0.05, The expression of Paxillin of lymphnode metastasis expression positive rate respectively is 70.0% and 30.0%, P<0.05. In the surgical pathologyⅠ-Ⅱperiod andⅢ-Ⅳperiod, Paxillin expression positive rate respectively is differently 61.1%,35.7%, P> 0.05.IN the high. middle and low differentiation, p-selectin expression positive rate respectively is differently 39.1%,70.0% and 82.5%. P<0.05, The expression of p-selectin of lymphnode metastasis expression positive rate respectively is 70.0% and 30.0%, P< 0.05. In the surgical pathologyⅠ-Ⅱperiod andⅢ-Ⅳperiod, p-selectin expression positive rate respectively is differently 36.4%,64.3%, P>0.05.IN the Grp-94 gene was studied by in-situ hybridization, the high,middle and low differentiation, the Grp-94 gene expression positive rate respectively is differently 60.9%, 80.0% and 82.4%. P>0.05, The expression of the Grp-94 gene of lymphnode metastasis expression positive rate respectively is 50.0% and 86.7%, P<0.05. In the surgical pathologyⅠ-Ⅱperiod andⅢ-Ⅳperiod, the Grp-94 gene expression positive rate respectively is differently 69.4%,64.3%, P>0.05.Conclusion:It is suggested that Grp-94, Paxillin, the P-selectin play a role in the endometrium cancer's occurrence and development. It is suggested that Grp-94, Paxillin, the P-selectinn have a close relationship with the endometrium metastasis and the prognosisn and no closed relationship with clinical stages.
