Major processes are as follows:Chapter one is a review of Diabetic foot research, Hawthorn'chemical compositions and pyrolysis liquid of Hawthorn seeds.Go over the directive principles of confirming the analysis method of traditional Chinese medicine quality standard control.Chapter two depicts a test of determinating active composition in Qiangweihong Liquid carried by GC-MS.This method has many merits;such as the analysis speed is quick, the sample amount used is few, the sensitivity is high, and the results are accurate and reliable. The results of confirmation to the analysis indicates that ketones, aldehydes, esters and phenols are the main ingredients, furfural;guaiacol;4-methyl guaiacol;2,3,5-trimethyl phenol;2,6-dimethoxy-methoxy-phenol and salicylic aldehyde are with a high level. Among this extraction, six organic compounds are never reported before, and further study is necessary.Chapter three analyses various factors impacting on the quality of Qiangweihong Liquid in process of production.Based on these factors, the best preparation technology is established to get Hawthorn seeds pyrolysis liquid. The yield of distillation and the quality control tests get further researched. Preparation Method is improved and strictly standardized to get Qiangweihong Liquid. In the meanwhile, the factors impacting on the quality are reduced.Chapter four mainly introduces the content determination and stability tests GC, quality standards is established for Qiangweihong Liquid according to determinating active compositions in Qiangweihong Liquid are perplexed, preparations of standards required are high, and production process is long, and so on. The results of confirmation to the analysis indicate that the quality of Qiangweihong Liquid is controlled effectively, objectively, scientifically.
