Objects:Researchment of the expression of pAI-1 in PCO Rat Model And Intervening Effects of Kindey-Tonifying Blood-Quickening Formula (KTBQF) to itMethods:selects underage on 24th age SD 60 big mouce,dividing 5 groups in random,12 groups in every group.It is including in natural group,model group,western medicine, KTBQF low dose group, KTBQF high dose group.Model is maded by methylnorethindrone embedding in skin and hype HCG. Every group rats are separately primed by 0.9%Nacl,CC, RKABF。observing the varity of expression of PAI-1 in ovary partly.Results:PAI-1 of ovary rat is mainly lie in follicular membrane cell and follicular interval cell.Expression of intensity (Ashy degree value is more bigger,expressional intensity is more weaker)is doughtier more model group than natural group, western medicine, KTBQF low dose group, KTBQF high dose group (p<0.01).Expressional intensity is doughtier more western medicine than KTBQF high dose group(p<0.01), and no more than KTBQF low dose group(p>0.05). Expressional intensity is the same KTBQF low dose group and KTBQF high dose group as nature group.(p>0.05)Conclusion:The expression of PAI-1mRNA is exceptional in partly Ovary of PCO model rat. KTBQF can meliorate it,these may facilitate Overy ovulate.
