| Objiect:To investigate the effects Kindey-Tonifying Blood-Quickening Formula(KTBQF) in rats with polycystic ovary and to explore the passible machanism and to compare the effects between KTBQF and Clomiphene Citrate.To explore there are some important machanism and context between insulin,leptin and testosterone in polycystic ovary syndrome.Method:60 female SD rats on 24 days where randomly distributed into five groups.including control group(12 cases),model group(12 cases),high dosage group of KTBQF(12 cases),low dosage group of KTBQF(12 cases),clomiphene group(12 cases). The formal four groups were planted dl Norgesterel in under skin by when the rats were 24-day,and were injected HCG under skin of neck at 27-day,which did for 9 days until the rats were 35-day.The control group were injected NS as the same for 9 days, too.When they were 36-day,the groups were poured KTBQF,Clomiphene Citrate and NS respectively for 12 days,To have blood in common carotid artey and to delect the level of insulin,leptin and testosterone by radioimmunoassay.Results:KTBQF made the leptin lewer than Clomiphene Citrate and the higher concentration KTBOF was more patent(P＜0.05). Clomiphene Citrate made insulin lewer than KTBQF(P＜0.05). KTBQF can make testosterone lower than Clomiphene Citrate patently(P＜0.05) and the high,low dosage KTBQF groups are not more patent(P＞0.05).All the rats wright reduced after the treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusions:The KTBQF have good treatment for PCO rats.It can decrease the level of insulin,leptin and testosterone so we can conclusion that KTBQF can significantly decrease the enlargement of ovary and the number of atretic follicies, diminute the volume of ovary,promote ovulation and inhibit the development of atreticle follicles;In pco groups there are significantly reducing of weight,we infer that obset have relations with acyesis and KTBQF have more mechanisms in PCOS;... |
