Objective:To study the effect of proliferation of the repairing cells in early stage of the mouse's close-fracture by invigorating the kidney-YANG。Method:360 mouse models were established for tibiofibula fracture of left hind limb by hand. All mice were randomly divided into 15 groups according to time of sacrifice:4H group,8H group,16H group,24H group, 32H group,40H group,48H group,3D group,4D group,5D group 6D group,7D group,10D group,14D group and 21D group.mice in each group were divided into 4 group randomly:Control group (CG) (intragastric administrated with distilled water), Promoting blood flow group (PBFG) (intragastric administrated with 30% concentrated solution of huoluoxiaolingdan), Invigorating the kidney-YANG group (IKYG) (intragastric administrated with 30% concentrated solution of jinguishenqiwan), Invigorating the kidney-YANG and promoting blood flow group (IKYPBFG) (intragastric administrated with 30% concentrated solution of jinguishenqiwan and huoluoxiaolingdan).3 H-TdR was hypodermic injected, 1h later, the mice were put to death and quantum of 3H-TdR incorporated in unit weight sample of section of tibiofibula of left hind limb was detected.result:Measured value(MV) of 3H-TdR incorporated in samples of each group rised quickly after fracture, and reached crest value at 2nd or 3thd, then decreased fast and tend to mild at 7th. MV at 14thd decreased fast again, and approximated the level of which before fracture at 21thd. MV of 3H-TdR of IKYG exceed which of CG at 7thd and 10thd, and showed significant different between IKYG and CG (P<0.05). There were no differences in MV of 3H-TdR between IKYG and PBFG at each stage (P>0.05). MV of 3H-TdR of IKYPBFG exceed which of CG at 24thh,40thh,3thd 7thd,10thd, 14thd and 21thd, and showed significant different between IKYPBFG and CG (P<0.05). Furthermore, it exceed which of PBFG and IKYG at 24thh, 5thd,10thd and 14thd, and showed significant different between IKYPBFG and PBFG or IKYG (P<0.05).conclusion:Therapy of invigorating the kidney-YANG could promote the repairing cells proliferation in early stage of the mouse's close-fracture. Combinating invigorating the kidney-YANG and promoting blood flow surpassed to using simply invigorating the kidney-YANG therapy or promoting blood flow therapy. Therapy of invigorating the kidney-YANG was worth further studying in early stage of fracture.
