Effect Of Danchuanqi Granulas On Et After Ami In The Rats

Objective:Introduce the effection of Danchuanqi Granulas on thromboxane and endothelin of Myocardium Ischemia rats, and discussing the mechanism of action about Danchuanqi Granulas which can therapy acute Myocardium Ischemia.Method:These rats were randomly divided into normal control group, the high or low doses of chinese medicine groups, the Tongxinluo control group and the model control group, which were divided into five groups of ten each.Danchuanqi Granulas Tongxinluo capsule, normal saline were filled the stomach in each group.The rats models were constructed by ligating the coronary artery, and the changes of thromboxane and endothelin levels were observedResult:compared with the model control group,the high or low and the Tongxinluo group can decrease the level of endothelin, The high group are better than the low group,but are worse than the Tongxinluo group, the differences is obvious.Thus regressing the progress dysfunction of the infarction heart and protecting the ischemic myocardium.Conclusion:Danchuanqi Granulas can preserve and therapy acute Myocardium Ischemia of rats,can caused by the decreasing of the decreasing of endothelin level, can alleviate coronaryspasm and prevent ventricle remodeling and avoid the occurance of re-infarction after Myocardium Ischemia.
