With the rapidly development of hospital modernization, the medical equipment are becoming more digital technological and complicated and played a key role in the hospital. The quantity of medical equipment is getting increased, and account for an ascending proportion of the hospital's total fixed asset. The insurance of the application quality and safety of medical equipment is the guarantee of high quality medical services. Manage and evaluate the application quality and safety of medical equipment with advanced computer software system, prevent and supervise the probability of adverse events of medical equipment, reduce medical risks, guarantee the safety of doctors and patients, which are the urgent requirements of hospital leaders.The basic method of application quality and safety of medical equipment are researched in this paper, and designed a software system for the research. Firstly, evaluate the risk of medical devices and equipment in sorts, and establish plan the assignment of quality test, which include surface state, electric safety, preventive maintenance, capability test. Secondly, the requirement analysis is given and the overall framework of the system and basic function modules is designed with the reference of those assignments. After that, the design blue print with B/S model, Oracle 9i database, ASP.NET framework, C# and JavaScript language is determined. And the process of establishment of database is expounded, then the database's normal forms and structure relationship are analyzed. The paper lists the means of design and program code of main function module. At last, the paper briefly describes the safety strategy of the system.In the practical application, the management of safety application and quality control and work efficiency is improved for medical equipment. The system provides assistants in the management of medical equipment in hospital. |
