Objectives: Through the complete records of the detection of main parameters ofGE Discovery MR7503.0T magnetic resonance establish the equipment performanceof quality management database. Using the test results analysis of the parameter optimizedthe system stability and sensitivity; make the magnetic resonance device capable of highspeed, efficient operation. To ensure that it’s provided reliable images and the high qualityof the data for medical diagnosis and scientific research.Methods:1.Founded by clinicians, equipment maintenance engineers, equipment technicianstogether constitute the Quality Control Committee.2.Sub-category for device applications and image quality control training, equipmenttesting and maintenance training, equipment training, to improve the understanding andawareness of the detection parameters.3.On the GE Discovery MR7503.0T MRI device timed recording the mainparameters, to form of the magnetic resonance equipment in the detection parameters ofquality management database4.Using statistical analysis software SPSS17.0and all measurement data wereexpressed by mean±standard deviation. The mean ofresonance frequency, SNR, image uniformity, spatial linearity, layer thickness, detectionand week test data were compared, using two independent sample t test.5.According to the results of the analysis, to determine the test cycle of the parameters. On the GE Discovery MR7503.0T each parameter detection of magnetic resonanceequipment to develop practical detection mode.Results:1.According to analysis of the resonance frequency, SNR P>0.05was not statisticallysignificant, these two parameters were proposed day-testing.2.According to the results of image uniformity, and air linear, thickness P <0.05wasstatistically significant that carry out day and week to detect test data have no significantdifference. These two parameters were proposed month-testing.3.Through the Week and Month detection to detect the main parameters of GEDiscovery MR7503.0T MRI equipment to formulate scientific detection mode, improvethe efficiency of the equipment daily quality management.Conclusion: The optimal configuration for GE Discovery MR7503.0TMRI routine detection mode is studied. In daily use may be able to discover, troubleshootthe change of device performance indicators in time. It is helpful to save detection time andimprove equipment performance efficiency. It’s a preliminary attempt to maintain themeasurement methods and evaluation method of quality control, prepare for futureequipment performance benchmark databases.
