The Study On The Correlation Between Ifn-γ, Il-4 And Hf In Ischemic Cardiomyopathy

ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between IFN-γ,IL-4 and Ischemic cardiomyopathy. Recently some researches show that Ischemic cardiomyopathy concerns with immunity and Inflammatory reaction. This study aimes at exploring the role of IFN-γ,IL-4 in the Ischemic cardiomyopathy.Methods96 Ischemic cardiomyopathy patients concomitance heart failure were selected in cardiovascular sections of affiliated hospital of Hebei Medical Collage.20 healthy subjects were selected as case-contral group A.20 Ischemic cardiomyopathy patients were selected in cardiovascular sections of affiliated hospital of Hebei Medical Collage as case-contral group B . Graduate student fellin an investigation form including such information as occurring,diagnose.treatment of Ischemic cardiomyopathy. complication of subjects, and adopting the method of questionair investigation. As the same time,5ml blood sample was drown. its serum was stored in -80℃refrigerator after centrifugation.Fasting blood sugar blood lipid blood urinary nitrogen creatinine uric acid were determined by a Behring nephelometor using monoclonal antisera and enzyme end. respectively in biochemistry test room was measured by enzyme linked immuno so rbent assay(ELISA).by postgraduate oneself. All subjects were detected by colour Doppler fordetermining the LVEDd and 12-leads electrocardiogram. Date was put into Excel of the computer,staticsed by t-test.χ2-test and analysis of variance in the SPSS 14.0 software. The relation of Ischemic cardiomyopathy and other risk factors was staticsed by multiple Logistic regression analyses. Mutiple stepwise regression analyses was used between IFN-γ,IL-4 and others.Results1. IFN-γ,EF,LVEDd in Ischemic cardiomyopathy. differed from that in the control group A and B significantly (p<0.05).2. IFN-γin different levels of Ischemic cardiomyopathy differed significantly(p<0.01). IFN-γin the levelⅠ～Ⅱdiffered significantly from that in the levelⅢ～Ⅳ(p<0.05). but there was no significant difference between in the control group B and in the levelⅠ～Ⅱ(p>0.05).3. IL-4 were no significant difference between in Ischemic cardiomyopathy and in the control group A and B (p>0.05).4 Single factor or multiple Logisticreg ression analyses indicated that serum IFN-γ,hypertension,BMI had positive correlation with HF.Conclusions1. IFN-γ,EF,LVEDd in Ischemic cardiomyopathy were obviously higher than the health. No correlations were found between IL-4 and EF,LVEDd.2. Single factor or multiple Logisticreg ression analyses demonstrated that serum IFN-γ,hypertension,BMI played a pivotal role in Ischemic cardiomyopathy.3. IFN-γ,IL-4 had possible positive correlation with Ischemic cardiomyopathy.
