The Efficacy Of Paroxetine In The Treatment Of Functional Dispepsia

Objective1 To investigate the efficacy of paroxetine in the treatment of functional dispepsia.2 To observe the efficacy and safety of paroxetine in the treatment of functional dispepsia.Method98 functional dispepsia patients who ment Rome three criteria were divided into experimental group and control group.Before and after treatment,some dates which include electrocardiogram (ECG),blood routine,liver and renal function were measured.The HAMA,HAMD,FDRS were measured by the end of 2,4,6,8 week.The adverse event rating scale was used to assess the safety of the treatment.Results1 There was no obvious change in basic clinical indicators include electrocardiogram(ECG),blood routine,liver and renal function befor and after treatment.the difference was not significant (P>0.05).There was no significient difference between the two groups in said effects(P>0.05).2 There was a significant difference of HAMA score,HAMD score,FDSR score;The reduction value of HAMA,HAMD,FDRS score,HAMA,HAMD,FDRS reduction rate of score in each group before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions1 The routine medicine treatment pulsing paroxetine has more satisfactory efficacy in functional dispepsia.2 There are equivalent safety in experimental group and control group.
