Objective:To analyze the human resource, job satisfaction, work willing and the effect factors concerned of staffs of TB prevention and control institutes of county in Hunan Province and provide scientific evidence for planning human resource management of TB prevention and control plan.Methods:The objections of the study were TB prevention and control staff at county level in Hunan. Questionnaire surveys were the research methods. According to the actual situation of county-level TB control institutes in Hunan, Questionnaires designed by ourselves were used as the research tool. The questionnaire had 36 tables, which was separated in 7 dimensions, including behavior of leader, Unit management, work reward, working environment, working relationship, job will and job promotion. Each item calculated scores by Likert 5-point Scale. Overall satisfaction was added up by all the items.Results:In 612 effective responses, there were 386 males (63.1%), 226 females (36.9%).The average age of the staffs were 39.8±10.2 years old. Married staff was majority. There were 548 persons (89.5%). Most of them had Technical degree (342,55.8%). People with no title or holding junior title were the majority (376,61.5%). The medium of their work life was 17(0,60) years and the companion of their anti-TB work life was 6(0,40)years. The Median of monthly wage was 1400 (500,3600) Yuan. There were 435 staff numbers of having no administrative duties (70.9%). The work post distribution of TB prevention and control staff at county level was uniform. Large numbers practitioners'posts were outpatient medicals, supervision medicals and sputum doctors.Through the univariate analysis found, the county level TB prevention and control staff of different sexuality had significant difference (p<0.05) in total satisfaction degree. The staff of different ages had significant difference (p<0.05) in unit promotion and work promotion. The staff of different.TB prevention and control staff of different level of education to leadership satisfaction degree appeared statistically significant difference. TB prevention and control staff of different income appeared statistically significant difference to leadership satisfaction degree, to unit management satisfaction degree, to work environmental satisfaction degree, to total satisfaction degree (p<0.05). The county level TB prevention and control staff of having posts group and having no posts appeared statistically significant difference to leadership satisfaction degree, to remuneration for work satisfaction degree, to work environmental satisfaction degree, to total satisfaction degree (p<0.05). TB prevention and control staff of different positions had statistically significant difference to work environmental satisfaction degree (p<0.05)According to the multivariate analysis, remuneration for work and ages were the factors for the staff's leadership satisfaction degree in the county level unit of anti-TB. The project management post was the factor for the staff's unit management satisfaction degree in the county level unit of anti-TB. Remuneration for work and posts of the CDC director in charge were the factors for the staff's remuneration for work satisfaction degree in the county level unit of anti-TB. Remuneration for work and posts of the CDC director in charge were the factors for the staff's environmental satisfaction degree in the county level unit of anti-TB. Ages and posts of the CDC director in charge were the factors for the staff's promotion satisfaction degree in the county level unit of anti-TB. Remuneration for work and posts of the CDC director in charge were the factors for the staff's total work satisfaction degree in the county level unit of anti-TB.Conclusion:In Hunan province, there are not enough people to be engaged in the prevention and control of TB. And the staffs who held the advanced academic degree or obtained senior title are the minority.Generally, the anti-TB staffs in county are satisfied with their job. Their attitude is affected positively mostly by leadership, relationship between colleagues, professional activities, communication between the patients and the services for others. Relatively, they do not seem to be content with the salary, welfare premises, medicine equipment and resources, work safety and opportunities of promotion.Remuneration for work, posts, ages and positions are factors for the staffs'attitude towards their job in the grass-roots units of anti-TB.
