Analysis for therapeutic effects of moxifloxacin and levofloxacin administered by oral on the patients with multiple-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculoisObjective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of moxiflxacin administered by oral in the patients with multiple-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis compared with levofloxacin. Methods 110 cases of patients with multiple-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into the trial group for moxiflxacin and the control group for levofloxacin.55 patients in the trail group were treated by 6ADL2EM/18DL2EM,55 patients in the control group were treated by 6ADL2EV/18DL2EV. The treatment course is perseverative for 24 months. Results At the end of the treatment course, the therapeutic effect could be evaluated in 52 patients of the trail group and 51 patients of the control group. The sputums negative conversion rate were 90.4% in the trail group and 70.6% in the control group after 6 months, the rates of focus absorption improvement were 88.5% in the trail group and 80.4% in the control group, and the cavity closure rates were 54.2% in the trail group and 50.0% in the control group. There was a significance in the sputums negative conversion rate between two grpup(P<0.05), and were no significanse in the rates of focus absorption improvement and the cavity closure rates between two group(P>0.05). The adverse reaction rate in trail group was 32.6%, which was not signifcantly lower than 39.2% control group(P>0.05).Conclusion1.It has significant curative effects that moxifloxacin and levofloxacin administered by oral on the patients with multiple-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculois and the former have an advantage compared with the latter in The sputums negative conversion. 2. Both moxifloxacin and levofloxacin are effective for the patients with multiple-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculois in the therapeutic efficacy and safety.
