How to improve the comprehensive practice skill of vocational nursing students, and reduce the occurrence of nursing errors, it is the new issue faced by modern nursing education. In order to develop the practical nursing personnel and improve the nursing students'nursing theory and operation standards and to reduce the occurrence nursing errors, in this study it is to analyze the incidence and causes of nursing errors, research the domestic and foreign literature of nursing education, analyze the development trend of nursing education at home and abroad and to reform the nursing education mode based on the "Ability-driven" theory. To divide 1,042 2007 and 1,021 2008 nursing students into the control and experimental groups. The nursing students of the control group without simulated teaching are directly into clinical practice, while the students of the experimental group are sent into clinical practice after simulated teaching. After the implementation, it investigates the effective of the nursing simulation teaching. To survey the effects of the simulation teaching, the nursing errors of experimental group are significantly reduced and the theories and operational performance are better than the control group (p<0.05). It proofs that the nursing simulation teaching model can promote the training for nursing professionals well.
