Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Fgid And Pds By Modified Ban Xia Hou Pu Tang And Zhi Zhu Tang

Objective:With the therapy of banxiahoupu decoction and zhizhu decoction on treating Postprandial Distress Syndrome,and observe the clinical curative effect.Methods:50 cases of Postprandial Distress Syndrome divided into two groups.One was the observing group:25 cases treated with banxia houpu decoction and zhizhu decoction,the other was the control group:25 cases treated with xiang sha zhi zhu wan.Course of treatment was one month.Contrast the index of two sets,such as the total effective rate, total accumulated points of syptom, the improve of majior clinical symptom and so on,as well as to make out the judgement.Results:The totol curative effect had prominent differences (p<0.05),the observing group was superior to the control group.The observing group,which is distintctly superior to the control group in improving the curative effect and reducing the points of cardinal symptoms and the points of mental condition,two remarkable differences exist (p<0.05).These two groups had no obvious influence in blood,urine,evacuation of bowels,funtion of live and kidney.Conclusion:The treatment based on banxiahoupu decoction and zhizhu decoction could obviously improve the symptoms of Postprandial Distress Syndrome,the curative effect is superior to the control group.
