Object:To detect the expression of IL-2,IL-4 in differentiation of periods of GM patients, study the rule of IL-2,IL-4 in developing process of GM, provide the objective Indicators of for the differentiation of periods. Method:Select the patients with Idiopathic granulomatous mastitis diagnosed from the pathological tissue specimens,according the Clinical symptoms of GM, which are divided into lump period,abscess periods and ulceration period.gatheringthe Wax block organization of 49 operation patients, To observe the HE observesMorphology of tissue; To observe the expression of IL-2 and IL-4, which is detected by SABC. Result:performance ofMorphology of tissue:Lymphocyte Infiltration is prominence inGM, the tissue of lump period is obvious;neutrophils is unconspicuous.the rusult of SABC:the the expression of IL-2 in GM, The positive rate of is high in lump period(P<0.05);the average grey of lump period issue of IL-2Is lower than abscess periods and ulceration period (P＜0.01);the the expression of IL-4 in GM, The positive rate of is higher in ulceration period(P<0.05)than lump period and abscess periods. the average gray of IL-4 in the ulceration period is lower than lump period,abscess periods (P<0.05);the average gray of IL-2 and IL-4 is Negative correlation in the process of GM (P＜0.05, r =-0.287).Conclusion:In this study,The variation of performance is at the center of lobular pattern,arrounding mounts of Lymphocytes; IL-2 is Increasing tendency and IL-4 is reducing tendency in the tissue of GM,,which reacts the rules of differentiation of three periods and could supply the objective targets of diagnosis and Clinical evaluation of GM.
