| Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy on treating tinnitus of type of deficiency of congenital qi which stored in the kidney by Gegen Danshen and Dihuang Decoction,and observe the effect of Deafness Zuoci Decoction,whether there are differences between them.Methods: The 71 people who suffer from tinnitus were divided into two groups at random.The treatment group which involved 35 patients had been taken Gegen Danshen and Dihuang Decoction for oral, and the control group were given Deafness Zuoci Decoction for oral.Every object accepted treatment for a total of 21 days.Observe the changs of symtoms and physical signs at specified times of the experiment,and alse record the advere reactions.Results:The clinical observations show that both groups are effective after counted with statistics.The total effective rate of the treatment group is 85.71%,while the control group is 69.44%.The efficacy is quiet different between them after the end of treatment(P<0.05).There are no obvious adverse events in the treatment for two groups people.Conclusion:Gegen Danshen and Dihuang Decoction can evidently ease symptoms which caused by tinnitus of type of deficiency of congenital qi stored in the kidney. |
