The Clinical Observation Of The Afection Of Jianpiyishen Huayutongluo Therapy To Platelet Parameters And D-dimer Of Diabetic Patients

Objective: Object influence of Strengthening spleen and Recruitingkindy and Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis therapyfor platelet counts(PLT), mean platelet volumes (MPV), nephropathy(DN), platelet hematocrit (PCT), 3 parameters of platelet distributionwidth (PDW) and D dimer (D2D), explore its clinical effect for the DNpatients.Methods: The study selected 60 patients with DN,who were allocatedinto two groups by the principle of random, 30 cases of treatment group,30 cases of control group.The two groups were both treated with basictherapy, including diabetes mellitus (DM) diet, blood pressure and bloodsugar controlling, high-quality protein diet, the intake of water andsodium restricting and so on.Beside this,the treatment group addedChinese medicine,the control group added Bamir.1 month is a treatmentcourse.The effects were determined after 2 treatment course, observeingthe changes of clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine of DN, as well asexamining PLT, MPV, PCT, PDW, and D2D；FBG,P2hBG,HbAlc,BUN,SCr,24huPq before and after treatment.Results: 1.Compared with the control group,the overall clinicalefficacy of this side is statistical different (P<0.05). The treatment groupimproved more significantly in the symptoms and signs than the controlgroup (P<0.01).2.the MPV,PCT of treatment group decreased more significantly,having statistical meaning(P<0.01), the PDW and D2D of treatment groupdecreased more significantly,having statistical meaning(P <0.05).3. After treatment, the FBG,P2hBG,HbAlc,BUN,SCr,24huPq ofthe treatment group were significantly lower than the control group ,having statistical meaning (P<0.01).Conclusion: 1.Total effective treatment group of 83%,totaleffective control group of up to70%,descriptions of treatment group significantly better than control group.2. Strengthening spleen and Recruiting kindy and Promoting bloodcirculation and removing blood stasis therapy can reduce Chinesemedicine syndrome scores of DN patients, and improve symptoms ofpatients.3. Strengthening spleen and Recruiting kindy and Promoting bloodcirculation and removing blood stasis therapy can significantly reducedMPV, PCT, PDW, and D2D of patients of DN.4.Strengthening spleen and Recruiting kindy and Promoting bloodcirculation and removing blood stasis therapy can significantly reducedFBG, 24huPq,and improved the renal function, delaying the progress ofDN .5 .The prescription has significant effect for DN patients of spleenand kidney deficiency type,as a feasible way of effective interference ofChinese medicine for DN patients.
