The Jin-wei Capsule Combined With Eswl Treating Ureteral Stones (damp-heat Accumulation Type) In The Clinical Efficacy

Objective:To observe the Jin-wei capsule combined with extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy treating ureteral stones (damp-heat accumulation type) in the clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled method,72 cases of damp-heat accumulation type ureteral stones were randomly divided into two groups namely experimental group (Jin-wei capsule combined ESWL surgery) and control group (placebo combined ESWL surgery), each gourp has 36 cases,the test group were treated with Jin-wei capsule combined ESWL,patients in the control group were treated with placebo combined ESWL patients, after a course of treatment (3 weeks),each group was observed in TCM symptom score, urinary ultrasound. All results are used SPSS16.0 statistical analysis, P<0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant.Results:In this study, the cure rate 91.18%, efficiency 5.88%, the inefficiency of 2.94%,in the control group the cure rate 71.88%, efficiency 18.75%, the inefficiency of 9.37%, the comparison of classification efficacy and the cure rate between the two groups, the difference was statistically significance,the total effective rate between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant.TCM clinical efficacy in 7 cases recovered, accounting for 20.59%, excellence in 21 cases, accounting for 61.76%, effective in 5 cases, accounting for 14.70%, ineffective in 1 case, accounting for 2.94%,in the control group recovered in 2 cases, accounting for 6.25%, excellence in 11 cases, accounting for 34.38%, effective in 13 cases, accounting for 40.63%, ineffective in 6 cases, accounting for 18.75%, the comparison of syndrome classification efficacy,the cure rate and total effective rate between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant. Compared with the control group, in the TCM symptom score, lithotriptic frequency, time of draining stone and duration of hematuria and so on, experimental group was more effective than the control group, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The Jin-wei capsule combined ESWL treatment of ureteral stone in damp-heat accumulation type was effective, can relieve the clinical symptoms, improve the cure rate of the disease,without any obvious side effects.
