The Clinical Efficacy Of Chaishao Xiezhuo Decoction In Treating Hyperuricemia With Damp-heat Accumulation Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Chaishao Xiezhu o Decoction in the treatment of hyperuricemia with Damp-heat accumulation s yndrome,so as to provide clinical basis for further promotion,in order to rev eal the advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the tr eatment of hyperuricemia.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C with 30 cases in each group.Group C was treated with allopurinol tablets,group B with Chaishao Xiezhuo Decoction,and group A with allopuri nol tablets and Chaishao Xiezhuo Decoction for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndromes,inflammation index,serum uric acid and renal function of patients before and after treatment were compared.SPSS22.0 software was use d to analyze the data.Results:1.Therapeutic evaluation:There were significant differences in the distrib ution of curative effect among the three groups(P_AB=0.029;P_AC=0.000;P_BC=0.047);indicating that there was a close relationship between the three groups.Ther e were differences in bed efficacy:group A>group B>group C;and the clinical efficacy of group A was significantly better than that of group C.2.Symptom score evaluation:After treatment;the difference between the t hree groups before and after treatment was twofold compared;we can conclude that the two groups of AB had the same effect in improving TCM syndrome s(P_AB>0.05);and were significantly better than those of group C(P_AC,P_AB<0.01).3.The changes of laboratory indicators were compared:（1）Blood uric acid:after treatment;the difference between before and after treatment in group A was better than that in group C（PAC<0.05）;both were significantly better than that in group B(P_AB,P_BC<0.01);（2）Inflammation indicators and renal function:There was no significant difference in CRP,ESR,IL-6,creatinine and urea b efore and after treatment in the three groups.After treatment,comparing the d ifference before and after treatment,we can conclude that two groups A and B have the same effect in reducing inflammatory factors and renal function(P_{A B}>0.05);which are significantly better than group C(P_AC,P_AB<0.01).4.Safety evaluation:In this study,group A had no obvious adverse reactio ns.Conclusion:This study shows that Chaishao Xiezhuo Decoction on the basis of allopurinol tablets can further alleviate symptoms and signs of patients,reduce the level of serum uric acid,reduce the level of inflammation,and protect renal function,and the clinical effect is significant.
