Objective:to observe the method of jianpihuashi huoxuejiedu therapeutic effect on the Metabolic syndrome secondary to Chronic Hepatitis B, confirmed this therapeutic in the treatment of Metabolic syndrome secondary to Chronic Hepatitis B is scientific.Methods:using the method of jianpihuashi huoxuejiedu treated 60 patients 3 months who was diagnostic as Metabolic syndrome secondary to Chronic Hepatitis B. compared the clinical symptoms, liver function (ALT. AST, GGT, A, G, TBIL), the component of Metabolic syndrome (blood glucose, blood pressure, blood fat, BMI) and the impact of ultrasound examination.Results:the method of jianpihuashi huoxuejiedu to cure the Metabolic syndrome secondary to Chronic Hepatitis B comprehensive effect is 78.3%.92%of the syndrome of TCM is cured.it is also can decrease the levels of ALT, AST, GGT, TBIL, G and increased the levels of A. This therapeutic improved the symptoms and signs of the metabolic syndrome. Waistline and BMI were decreased obviously (P< 0.05).It has the remarkable recovery to the blood glucose, the blood fat and the blood pressure.respectively.Conclusion:the method of jianpihuashi huoxuejiedu can significantly improve of clinical symptoms, restore the liver function and restore the index of Metabolic syndrome secondary to Chronic Hepatitis B include blood glucose, blood pressure, blood fat, BMI, waistline, etc.
