Purpose:Studying the related risk factors and preventing methods of uric microal-bumin for type 2 diabetes patients.Methods For the tested 119 type2 diabetes patients who also have been diagnosed for hypertension disease, coronary heart disease, disease of fundus of eyes, peripheral neuropathy and cerebral vascular disease, we test the uric microalbumin; record the height weight; calculate the weight index; measure the blood pressure (systolic pressure, average value for the first three days), blood lipids (triglyceride, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol,), fast blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin Ale; record the examination of fundus of eyes, ECG, eletromyogram(EMG),ultrasound, cerebral CT; then analyze and observe the relationship and study the preventing methods.Result:Blood pressure (BP), blood lipids, fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin Ale are isolated risk factors of the uric microalbumin and the uric microalbumin is the risk factor of the diabetes complication.Conclusion:Early testing of uric microalbumin, strictly controlling of weight, blood glucose, blood lipose has great significance for relieving the occurrence and development of uric miroalbumin of type 2 diabetes patients and also for the development of the diabetes complication.
