Stroke Prescription 2 Clinical Study Of Treatment For Stroke Recovery (qi And Yin Deficiency, Blood Stagnation In Cerebral Vein)

Objective:To observe the Chinese Medicines Board of Yiqiyangyin Huoxue side (No.Ⅱstroke side) of stroke patients recovering from a preliminary study the efficacy and its mechanism.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 30 cases,30 cases of the control group. Group was treated with a stroke RecipeⅡdecoction and conventional western medicine treatment, control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, observed before and after treatment of clinical symptoms, signs and laboratory indicators of change.Results:C Before treatment, gender, age, past history score, concomitant disease score, neurological deficit score, ADL score, TCM syndrome score, blood lipids, blood rheology, endothelial function, the treatment group and control group no significant difference (P> 0.05). After one month treatment of the symptom score and neurological deficit score, ADL score before treatment was significantly different (P <0.01) treatment group compared with the control group there were significant differences (P<0.01) treatment group Chinese Clinical syndromes total effective rate was 100%, compared with the control group there were significant differences (P<0.05). Treatment group, clinical neurological deficit was 90% compared with the control group there was significant difference (P<0.05). Meanwhile, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL), endothelin (ET) significantly reduced (P <0.05), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL), nitric oxide (NO) was significantly increased, in addition to cholesterol (P> 0.05), compared with the control group there were significant differences (P<0.05) conclusion:Stroke-Ⅱside of stroke recovery (Qi and Yin deficiency, blood stagnation in cerebral vein) has good therapeutic effect of the intervention.
