The Clinical Efficacy Observation Of YiMai Particles With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome In Patients With Stroke Recovery

Objective:Collection of clinical cases,the application Yiqihuoxuejiedu medication,observe the clinical effect of particle Yimai Qi and Blood stroke recovery patients,and to explore its mechanism of action,opening up new ideas in medical treatment of patients with stroke recovery.Methods:60 cases of stroke recovery patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 in each group.The treatment group received benefits Granule combined with western oxiracetam oral treatment,control group was given oral oxiracetam,two weeks for a course of 8 weeks after treatment respectively,to record changes in relevant indicators before and after treatment,statistical analysis,to observe the treatment effect of contrast between the two groups.Results:1.Neurological function : before treatment neurological deficit scores was no difference(P> 0.05),after the two groups before treatment significantly reduced neurological deficit scores than before treatment(P <0.01),treatment group neurological deficit scores were significantly superior in the control group(P <0.05).2.Activities of Daily Living Score:Before treatment,no difference in points of daily living(P> 0.05),after the two groups before treatment was significantly lower than the integral treatment of daily living(P <0.01),treatment group was significantly better integration of daily living in the control group(P <0.05).3.Symptom scores: no significant difference between treatment groups of patients before symptom scores(P> 0.05),after treatment were significantly lower than before theintegration of TCM symptom groups were compared with treatment(P <0.01),and the treatment group symptom scores significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05).4.TCM syndrome effect:after treatment between the two groups,the treatment group symptoms improved TCM total effective rate than the control group(P <0.05).5.Safety indicators: treatment of patients in both groups no serious adverse reactions,three conventional,liver and kidney function no obvious abnormalities.Conclusions:Yimai particles can significant improvement Qi and Blood stroke recovery in patients with neurological deficits,improve activities of daily living and TCM syndromes,more effective than western medicine alone.In the study of the drug the process does not appear adverse reactions,with better security.
