The Study Of Serum Adiponection And Clinical Effect Of Granular Particles Baogan Cellulite On Patients With Nafld Of Hepatic Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Type

Objective:By observing the effect of serum adiponcetin levels about Granular particles Baogan Cellulite on patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver (hepatic stagnation and spleen deficiency type).Methods: Divide The 60 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver(hepatic stagnation and spleen deficiency type), who met the inclusion criteria, into treatment group and control group randomly,each group with 30 cases. Treatment group is treated with granules Baogan Cellulite, control group is treated with simvastatin, both course is 30 days.Observe and compare changes of symptoms, signs, severity of fatty liver ultrasonic b,ALT,AST and serum adiponcetin pre and post treatment.Results:After treatment, statistical analysis shows that:①Both groups can obviously decrease serum ALT,AST,TG,CHOL, Serum adiponcetin than before (P< 0.05), but there is no significant difference about serum ALT, AST, CHOL, Serum adiponcetin between the two groups (P> 0.05).there is significant difference about serum TG,which has statistical significan- ce.②After treatment,total effective results of B-ultrasound liver are 34.49%,33.33%, there is no statistical significance of difference between the two groups (P> 0.05);③The total effective of tcm syndrome of both groups is 96.55%, 88.88%,treatment group is better than control group.Conclusion:1 Granular particles Baogan Cellulite can reduce symptoms and signs of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver, improve liver function, decrease level of serum ALT and AST;It can also effectively improve the degree of fatty liver ultrasonic b.2 Granular particles Baogan Cellulite can significantly enhance the serum adiponcetin level of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver, which may be one of the mechanisms of curing nonalcoholic fatty liver.
