Objective To find the genes which contests with blood-stasis and prove the ralation of human aging genes and blood-stasis by observe the kidney expression of aging genes in blood stasis syndrome rats using mieoarrayay.To reveal the anti-aging machanism of Kangshuai Tang from Molecular Biology by effects of it in screenning genes.Methods The model with norepinephrine and bovine serum albumin for the rat with stagnation of blood,meanwhile intervening with Kangshuai Tang.After that,we just give the exactitude drugs to the rats through intragastric administration.Then,we make record,and we get blood for biochemical index to determine the success of modeling.The mRNA from kidneys of 4 groups were removaled,respectivly matched reverse transcription and chip hybridization experiments, then can get the differences in expression levels of genes from the three groups and normal group, screenning the genes which contests with blood-stasis,evaluation the regulation of gene expression from Kangshuai Tang.Results In the research genes,comparing aging group and normal group,model group and normal group,at the same time,there are significantly differences in expression levels of 19 genes,including 1 down-regulated genes(ratio<0.5) and 18 up-regulated genes(ratio>2).comparing treament group and normal group,there is any difference in expression levels of the 19 genes(0.5<ratio<2).Conclusion Kangshuai Tang could regulate screenning aging genes,maybe conclution with anti-aging which caused by blood-stasis.
