As the growth of people's living standards, consumers are increasingly concerning about food safety. HACCP that is the important management system and is used to control food safety. And the HACCP is accepted by the most of the Food Processing enterprises. using of HACCP system 'basic principles make hazard analysis for the rearing process of commercial broiler.Then identify and evaluate the physical, chemical, microbiological elements which have potential hazards for food safety. We can make the hazards prevention be eliminated or reduced to acceptable levels through the implementation of one or several steps or processes. The"company+dealer+farmer"mode which is as an important component of commercial broilers reared introduceing HACCP mode is of great significance.The object of study is the "company+dealer+farmer"mode, which is the important mode in one-stop commercial broilers reared corporate. Accesse to a lot of documentation and integrate of "company+dealer+ farmer" mode and set out commercial broilers reared's problems and shortcoming following the mode. The study introduces the producing of HACCP system and the application of the status in China.And also the study introducs the seven basic principles and the establishment of establishing HACCP system in step.The model of commercial broilers reared is initially constructed under the HACCP system. And the standard operating procedures of health SSOP is established, water and medicines are identified as the key control points, and then develop the control measures.To verify the application of HACCP system effectiveness, this study takes a distributor and its affiliated two farmers who are feeding commercial broilers as an example,the HACCP system is carried out, a complete set of management systems are developped.The chicken's slaughter survival, drug residues,, microbial indicators, testing and concluding the raising effectiveness of the statistics are keeped. And the economic benefits of farmers, slaughter chickens control of food safety has achieved good results. This study offers a further study of breeding commercial broiler under the"company+dealer+farmer" mode.
