Along with urbanization and the improvement of living standards, during Oct period the state will effort to build urban sewage treatment plant, which will produce large amounts of sludge. With the continued construction of sewage treatment plants, urban sewage sludge generation volume will increase. The public increasingly concerned about environmental issues, also concerned about environmental quality. To carry out sludge utilization study has great significance for the increasingly tense land resources, environmental protection, increasing pressure of a city. Through do the research of sludge composting from city wastewater treatment plant manure to tea field, to find the impact of production, quality, and heavy metal content of tea, also the impact of soil fertility and soil. Providing the reference for agricultural use in the tea garden. The organic fertilizer nutrient of sludge composting from Zhangzhou city sewage treatment plant is quite rich. Monitoring results shows that the content average of organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium content is 38.1%;2.4%;1.6%;0.91% more higher than urban garbage, and nearly same as dung of pig and cattle (2.5%;1.2%;1.6%). After testing, the heavy metal content in the soil has increased when sludge composting manure to tea field, but it is still within the scope of the corresponding standards. And in accordance with the pollution-free tea garden soil quality requirements. After testing, the heavy metal content in the tea has increased when sludge composting manure to tea field, but it is still within the scope of the corresponding standards, and the quality of finished product has a slight improvement. The research shows that, manuring 2.5 tons sludge composting and 50 kg fertilizer every Mu is the best, and the output increase 16.78%.Therefore, manuring sludge composting from Zhangzhou to tea field for one time, the heavy metal content in tea is acceptable.
