| In this experiment,research material is Monosomic addition lines M14 of Beta corolliflora Zoss in sugar beet which is a faculative apomictic material. Firstly, research material was induced with different concentration gradients of the dimethyl sulfoxid(DMSO). The transmission rate of M14 was analyzed in induced and control group. Secondly, we made a Cluster Analysis on M14 induced by DMSO with AFLP molecular marker. By analyzing the genetic similarity between parental generation and progeny, we could make a judgment on effects of different concentration gradients of the dimethyl sulfoxid(DMSO) on apomixis characteristics.Experiment content was as follows: Leaf and inflorescence of M14 was induced by spraying four different concentration gradients of the dimethyl sulfoxid(DMSO) (S1-0.1%, S2-0.5%, S3-0.6%, S4-1.0%) before bolting and blooming twice a day(morning, evening). Distilled water(S0) was contrast. The transmission rate was analyzed after induction. We could analyze effects of different concentration gradients of the dimethyl sulfoxid(DMSO) on apomixis characteristics at molecular level by AFLP detection.Experiment results were as follows: 1. The genetic similarity between parental generation and progeny and the transmission rate of M14 induced by S4 had relative increase compared with the control group. This showed that DMSO of higher concentration had some influences on it. 2. Effects of DMSO( S1, S2, S3) on the genetic similarity between parental generation and progeny and the transmission rate did not change significantly compared with the control group. |
