Spraying chemical pesticide using large volume spray method will obviously do harm to agriculture environment. This program explored the factors that influence the deposit and run-off of pesticide droplets on different plant leaf surface. It also explored the relationship between pest control effect and droplet density, droplet size and coefficient of variation of deposit on leaf surface ect. It is feasible to reduce pesticide volume of spraying. There are closed relations among the efficacy of pest control, droplet density, pesticide deposition and coefficient of variation deposition. Field experiment showed that the relationship between the efficacy of wheat aphids control and the concentration of omethoate. It was advised to apply omethoate at the concentration of 2.4g/L and at volume of 75L/hm~2 to control wheat aphids when Spraying by motorized mistblower. The efficacy of wheat powdery control by applying at dosage 90g/hm~2 and at volume of 75L/hm~2 when spraying by motorized mistblower are non significant different compared to 120g/ hm~2 and 750L/hm~2 using leveroperated sprayer. It is advised to apply cyhalothrin at 150L/hm~2 volume when spraying by motorized mistblower. The crop canopy structure has a closely relation with pesticide deposition. We should adjust the spray plan in time according the crop canopy structure.
