| Food security is the most fundamental guarantee for the continuous development of society,and improving the yield and quality of food is the primary goal of modern agriculture.With the development of science and technology,precision agriculture aviation has been widely promoted and applied in my country.Plant protection drones have the advantages of strong maneuverability,high work efficiency,liberating labor,and protecting the ecology.They play an important role in the prevention and control of food crop diseases and insect pests.This paper studies the effect of herbicide spraying by plant protection drones on droplet deposition under different operating parameters.Taking the droplet coverage and the droplet density as the evaluation index for the deposition effect of the plant protection drone,the application of the XAG P30 plant protection drone for the corn field herbicide under the conditions of different spray volume and droplet size was studied and analyzed.Spraying,as well as the application of DJI T20 plant protection UAV to the deposition distribution and weed control effect of winter wheat field herbicide spraying under different spraying volume and nozzle types.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The linear regression equation between the mass concentration of attractant solution and the light absorption value measured by Tecan Infinite200 Pro was Y=0.036X+0.039,R2=0.9995,which verified the feasibility of attractant as a tracer for the study of droplet deposition distribution.(2)Three spray amounts of 15.0,22.5 and 30.0 L·ha-1and four droplet sizes of 150,200and 285μm were designed,and a XAG P30 plant protection UAV was used to spray 28%nicotinsulfuron-atrazine suspension on corn.The results show that when the flying height is 2m,the flying speed is 3 m/s,and the effective spray width is 3 m,when the spray volume is15.0 L·ha-1and the droplet size is 150μm,the herbicide The droplet density and coverage are the most evenly distributed,with coefficients of variation of 21.8±6.2%and 31.3±3.2%,respectively.The control effect investigation after 30 days found that when the spray volume is 30.0 L·ha-1and the droplet size is 200μm,the effect is the best.The plant control effect and fresh weight control effect of total grass reach 93.5%and 97.1%,respectively.(3)Four spray amounts of 7.5,15.0,22.5 and 30.0 L·ha-1and two spray heads of DG11003 and SX11001Vs were designed.DJI T20 plant protection UAV was used to spray Rexichamai?(20%difluorochlorofluoroester water dispersion granule)on wheat.The results show that when the flight height is 2m and the effective spray amplitude is 5m,the coefficient of variation of droplet deposition effect of anti-floating sprinkler head DG11003is smaller than that of SX11001VS sprinkler head,which is 46.0%~49.4%.After 30 days,the control effect of anti-drift sprinkler head DG11003 and original sprinkler head SX11001VS on fresh weight of total grass respectively reached 99.1%and 97.8%.The control effect of anti-drift sprinkler head DG11003 on weeds in wheat field was more obvious. |
