| For a long time, the occurrence and damage of pests has always been an important issue affecting the high efficiency, high quality and safe production of vegetables.Pest control is an important part of the vegetable production process. At present, the control theory and technology based on chemical pesticides have been formed.Due to the particularity of the vegetable field ecosystem and the prohibition of pesticides on vegetables, the occurrence of pests is more complicated, the problem of resistance to pesticides is obvious, and the work of governance is becoming more and more difficult. Therefore, how to scientifically manage vegetable pests has become a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently. The factors that affect the quality of governance are complex. The prerequisite for implementing scientific governance must first clarify the problems existing in vegetable pest management. This article mainly starts from the main body of farmers, studies farmers’ pesticide cognition and medication decision-making behavior, and proposes chemical control pesticide recommendations for representative pests on the basis of field efficacy verification,in order to provide a basis for scientific pesticide control of vegetable pests. The research content of this article is divided into three parts, and the conclusions are as follows:1.Taking the survey data of 181 farmers in Jiangsu Province as a case,a descriptive analysis of farmers’ cognition and medication behavior was carried out,and a binary logistic model was used to conduct an empirical analysis of the factors affecting farmers’ medication behavior on vegetable pests. The descriptive analysis results show that vegetable farmers have unsatisfactory knowledge of pests and pesticide use.61.3%of farmers only recognize some pests,58.6%of farmers do not pay attention to pesticide control targets, and the phenomenon of illegal use of drugs is common, and the proportion of unscientific and irregular use of pesticides up to 52.5%.The empirical results show that the education level of vegetable farmers, vegetable planting area, level of receiving technical guidance, awareness of vegetable pests, attention to pesticide targets, and attention to pesticide-related regulations all have a positive impact on compliance with drug use.The number of years has a negative impact;2.Select two types of important vegetables of Solanaceae and Cruciferae as targets, the pesticides registered by the Ministry of Agriculture of China Pesticide Information Network and recommended/commonly used pesticides in actual production were surveyed, and the current status and existing problems of pesticides registered for these two types of vegetable pests were analyzed. The results show that there are a wide range of pesticides registered for Solanaceae and Cruciferous vegetable pests, and the selection of pesticides for important pests is sufficient, but some registered pesticides are still lagging, the variety structure is unreasonable, and the decision information is insufficient. There are still common pests without drugs available and commonly used.Pesticides are not registered, and chemical pesticides,single-dose pesticides and other old pesticides account for a large proportion in the registration database.3.Select representative pests on the aforementioned two types of important vegetables as objects, select several representative control agents to conduct field efficacy trials to verify the efficacy of registered agents and evaluate the control effects of commonly used agents to screen out high-efficiency,safe,durable,Economical types of control agents. The results of the efficacy test of Plutella xylostella showed that 10.5%fenflurane and 60g/L spinetoram had the best control effects on P.xylostella, and the 7-day corrected control effects reached 94.4%and 90.4%,respectively.The results of the efficacy test of Bemisia tabaci in pepper showed that 75g/L acitretin and 22%snailworm-thiacloprid had good quick-acting and lasting effects, and the control effect was more than 90%at 7 days after treatment. In addition, some registered agents have good control effect verification results, and some commonly used or recommended agents are safe and efficient. The control effect of the compound agent is significantly better than its single agent. The 1.5 times dose is generally better than the recommended dose in the field. The effect of chemical pesticides is slightly faster, and biological pesticide control effect is more durable.Based on the above research conclusions and existing problems, the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of vegetable growers, government supervision, market entities,industry-university-research cooperation,etc.:(1)Government departments strengthen guidance and improve the level of pesticides used by vegetable farmers;(2)Pesticides of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Management departments should improve pesticide registration, and the state will provide policy subsidies;(3)Establish a scientific and intelligent pest management decision-making system to unblock control information channels;(4)Pay attention to research on pesticide control and accelerate the research and development of green, safe and efficient pesticides;(5)Increase market supervision Make great efforts to standardize the workforce. |
