With the development of the society and civilization, the innovation of technology is needed in food processing industry. Color sorters are widely used in the corn sorting industry because its particular but efficient sorting procession. This article is attempting to launch out the academic research work for the new type of rice color sorter.Firstly this paper introduces the operating principle and working process of the typical color sorter, and the status of the fashionable color sorters of the domestic and the foreign manufactures, and then, designs the rice color sorter based on the TMS32LF2812, and designed the color sorter communication system based on RS-232 ,. At same time, fuzzy control technology is applied to the background board order to enhance the sorting ability. The fuzzy control system is simulated to prove is feasibility.In this thesis, we prove the feasibility of our conceive by the experiment data. Also it is proved that this system is high quality and reliability. compared with the traditional rice color sorter, this not only possesses more steady communicate system, better performance of anti-interference, but also have faster rate and higher economy,Besides that this paper has designed the succeeding design is mentioned simply ,and it is worthy of using for further research. |
