| The photoelectric color sorting equipment is a typical high-tech equipment which integrated use of optical, mechanical, electrical technology. The photoelectric color sorting equipments are widely used in food processing and fruit and vegetable production. Compared with the traditional sorting methods the photoelectric color sorting method has many advantages including high accuracy, no secondary pollution, high efficiency, save labor and so on. The control system is a key part which can affect the performance of photoelectric color sorting equipment. The author proposed a control program based on the ARM and also designed a photoelectric color sorting experimental device. According to the experimental results researched the main factors that affect the performance of photoelectric color sorting equipment.The author proposed a control program based on the ARM after analysis the advantages of control system by domestic and abroad and also designed the control system's hardware and software. The control system's hardware designing include the formation of ARM platform, power modules, enter or export by I/O and display module. The control system's software designing include the customization and transplantation of WinCE and the designing of application program.In the latter part of this article the author researched the experimental results by the photoelectric color sorting experimental device and also researched the factors bring by the high-speed on/off valve. And the distribution maps of flow velocity and pressure out the nozzle had been obtained by using computer based on the CFD method. This article described the best parameters by specific material samples.The control system based on ARM has many advantages including easily operating, good man-machine interface and low price. The photoelectric color sorting experimental device is very steady in its working mode and also can test the high-speed on/off valve. |
