Abstract/Summary:
By learning advanced technology from abroad since the eighteenth century,China have achieved significant improvement in scale, intensity, scientificity, facility area, facility standard and so on; Moreover the modern glasshouse has been gradually developed through three stages, which are improved solar glasshouse, large glass glasshouse and modern glasshouse.However, in respect of the glasshouse control on various equipment, it mainly relies on artificial control. Intelligent control either plays an auxiliary role or not even get utilized. Glasshouse intelligent control can hardly establish accurate mathematical model, which makes control method ineffective. As a result, it is difficult to get the expected results by using former control modes. Yet fuzzy control is widely used in glasshouse to solve complicated system nonlinear and uncertainty problems. Therefore in this article the authors have chosen fuzzy control as the control core to control the temperature in small flower glasshouse. Matlab is used for simulation so as to obtain the fuzzy control program and eventually build a PLC control model. This paper mainly studies the following aspects of the temperature control in small flowers glasshouse.(1)Analysis on the background of the research subject. Identify the focus and significance of this study by analyzing the current situation and recent trends of domestic glasshouse automatic control system.(2) Construction of a fuzzy temperature control model. By using Matlab software, the authors build a fuzzy control model for the glasshouse and simulate an indoor fuzzy temperature control, with the aim of obtaining a fuzzy controller. The paper focuses on studying fuzzy control rules and thus defining an appropriate fuzzy temperature control rule for small flower glasshouse, by analysing simulation results.(3) Developing a fuzzy PLC temperature control system the following steps:, construct a glasshouse model by CAD software; set the fuzzy control requirements; install all kinds of hardware facilities in the glasshouse, so as to define the corresponding I/O port set; design and actualize the connection between facilities and PLC by using software and build a PLC control model in the end; combining with fuzzy control, define the corresponding PLC fuzzy control process for the specific small flower glasshouse temperature hardware facilities; by using PLC program control, actualize the intelligent control of the glasshouse temperature.This paper mainly studies the PLC fuzzy temperature control process and actualizes application research on intelligent temperature control theory of small flowers glasshouse. The authors hope to provide reference for glasshouse temperature control theory and engineering application research in the future.
