This paper studied the different nitrogen , potassium levels and the allocated proportion onand the physiological characteristic and chemical components. The result indicated that the nitrogen, potassium treaments can obviously increase plant high, availability leaf number, the single photosynthesis leaf area, increasing the potassiumrates, suitably increasing the nitrogen rates to be advantageous to leaf occurrence, but certainlycarmot increase the leaf number. The ratio of dry leaf weight unceasingly increase during thewhole growth period, drop again compared to the 45d level after the cured leaves 45d aftertransplanting along with nitrogen, potassium level will enhance compared to the ratio of dry leafweight drops again; leaf thickness of the different leaf position : Upper leaf>middle leaf>lowerleaf, leaf thickness of the different portions of the same leaf: sharp-angled part>edge part>middle part>base part; the chla, chlb, cartenoids contents on breeding period assumes the singlepeak curve, at growing period chla, chlb contents achieve high. at the rosette stage cartenoidscontents achieves high; on breeding period the Pn change assumes the single peak curve, Pn,E,C of all the treatment are higher than CK.In potassium using content under the certain condition, along with the enhancement ofnitrogen using content total nitrogen content elevates, the content of the potassium can be able toreduce. In nitrogen using content under the certain condition, along with the enhancement ofpotassium using content total nitrogen content elevates,Along with the enhancement of thenitrogen level, the total sugar, reducing sugar, the potassium content gradually reduces, the totalnitrogen, the protein, the nicotine content elevates, the sugar/alkali reduces, the nitrogen/alkalichange is not big. Along with the enhancement of the potassium level, the total sugar, reducingsugar gradually reduces, the total nitrogen, the protein, the potassium content elevates, thenicotine content which first drops rises, the sugar/alkali reduces, the nitrogen/alkali change is notbig. The correlation and the regression analysis indicated that: The ratio of dry leaf weight andChlb, Pn, E, C, the total sugar, reducing sugar, the potassium present the the positive correlationbut not to be remarkable, with the total nitrogen, nicotine, the protein present the extremelyremarkable positive correlation. The ratio of dry leaf weight and Chla, Car. IntCO2, the leaf areapresent negative correlation but not to be remarkable, The leaf area and reducing sugar, nicotinepresent the positive correlation but not to be remarkable, With the total sugar, the total nitrogen, the protein, the potassium present negative correlation but not to be remarkable. nitrogencompound and carbohydrate present the extremely remarkable negative correlation, with thepotassium present negative correlation but not to be remarkable. all nitrogen compound, allcarbohydrate present the extremely remarkable positive correlation. Carbohydrate and thepotassium present positive correlation but not to be remarkable. The general analysis indicatedthat: the chemical components are correspond among K2, K3, K4. K3 (N=90kg/hm~2,K=135kg/hm~2) is the most superior.
