The liquid fermentation and practical active constituents of Cordyceps L-Y saved by laboratory and its cultured mycelium for asexual reproduction were studied by means of liquid fermentation, spectrum, chromatography, MS and NMR technology, which including enlarging culture of L-Y, studying stability of red pigment, riddling of free medium for red pigment production, analyzing biological activity of dissoluble substances from Cordyceps cell, determining the character of 1 and 2 and identifying structure. The result showed as bellows:1. Cordyceps L-Y was further cultured in 16L stirred tank fermentation. The fermentation process ended with 0.013% of residual carbon content after 168 hours.2. The optimum free medium for red pigment production was commeal 20g, baking powder 5g, water lOOOml.The culture condition was in the shade, 18 ℃,130r/min, 3d. The optimum saved condition was investigated, shading and keeping clear of oxygen.3. Every component was analyzed for biological activity that was separated by HPLC of dissoluble substances from Cordyceps cell. Two components could restrain the activity of sperm, and other three could buildup it.4. The mixture of protein and saccharide was tested to 1st component, and the concentration of protein was 0.084mg/ml. There were three wave band in the rang of 300-500nm.5. Two components of 1st and 2nd were further researched using MS and NMR. The result was that m/z 195.50 in 1st was the mixture of amino acid, and the 2nd was polymer of adenosine and leucine or guanosine and leucine.
