Cordyceps is the complex of the insect sub-block and the body of the larvae, which is parasited by the Cordyceps fungi. It is our unique Chinese traditional precious herbal with high medical and edible values. Cordyceps sinensis is the most famous herb, followed by Cordyceps militaris as the second one. Cordyceps can be compared with ginseng, deer horn with the function of being warm, sweet and having benefits to the lung, besides, making up the essential effect of Huatan and hemostasis, and its strong tonic function. Modern research shows that Cordyceps has the function of regulating the body immunity, anti-tumor, anti-oxidation and other effects.In this paper, Take the artificial fermentation cordyceps militaris powder and other powder, which take the place of the Cordyceps sinensis, Cordyceps sobolifera, as the point to research the the active ingredient of the Cordyceps caterpillar fungus powder in the physical activities for the purpose of providing basic theory and appication methods of developing the products of the Cordyceps powder products deeply.1. Pilot study concentrates on the impact of polysaccharides on polysaccharide Militaris anti-oxidation through hot water bath, ultrasonic and microwave extraction. By removing the radical hydroxy and clearing superoxide anion do I determine the antioxidantion. The results show that the microwave extraction of the militaris polysaccharide can be achieved in a relatively short time under the conditon of a lower temperature and less pressure and almost have no impact on the antioxidant polysaccharides .2. Wth the index of antioxidantion, after comparing the extraction of antioxidant strength among the five insect and herb:the Cordyceps,sinensis, Cordyceps militaris, cicadas flowers and the larve, the test results show that five of the antioxidant strength of Cordyceps were Cordyceps militaris 3#> silkworm Cordyceps > Cordyceps sinesis > Cordyceps sobolifera > Cordyceps militaris 2#.3. In order to study the stability of the antioxidant ingrient extracted from the Cordyceps militaris, we analyse the effects of Cordyceps militaris antioxidants under the different pH, UV irradiation, heat treatment, interference of agents and synergist. The results show that Cordyceps militaris extracted under the pH, UV irradiation and heat treatment have a better stability while Cordyceps militaris antioxidant decreases an average of 19.27%, which is extracted under the interference agents of the H2O2 and KClO3 and the VC and synergist enables CA Militaris antioxidant to decrease an average of 14.09%.4. Experiment studies the repression function of the wild Cordyceps sobolifera and artificial Cordyceps sobolifera polysaccharide to the common viruses in food by the way of Using filter paper diffusion method and assaying of the inhibitory role of the two polysaccharides. The results show that the two polysaccharides have inhibitory effect to Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis. With the lower concentrations of polysaccharide the Bacteriostasis will weaken. Moreover, the wild Cordyceps sobolifera polysaccharide cicada is stronger than artificial Cordyceps sobolifera polysaccharide cicadas in this line.5. Test the anti-oxidation changes of the composite extract by complexing the extracts of the Ganoderma lucidum,Lentinula,Hericium,Perilla,Ginkgo biloba and Cordyceps militaris in different proportion. The results show that the composite extract of Cordyceps militaris, the perilla, ginkgo biloba and the liquid portfolio has good antioxidant activity. And the antioxidant activity of the most complex of the extracts improves in vary degrees in relation to a single extract.At the same time, the pilot inspects the relationship between the anti-oxidation and substances'antioxidant content. Studies have shown that antioxidants and antioxidant content is not direct proportion. When the Content of antioxidant substances is reduced by half, the reduction of the oxidation resistance is about 27.08% on an average. On the contrary, antioxidant substances rise to a double, the average oxidation resistance increasing about 32.56%.TLCS method is used to measure he proportion and types of monosaccharides among the degraded polysaccharide Cordyceps militaris.Then it is compared with the results of plant polysaccharides in the training material to distinguish between polysaccharides and plant polysaccharides. Finally I evaluate the Cordyceps militaris polysaccharide content in the hybrid products. |
