In different ecotypes of maize production region in Guizhou province, including the West (Bijie, Liupanshui), the Southwest, the middle, the North(Zunyi, Anshun, Guiyang city), the South Guizhou, the five factors affecting maize yield, such as breed, seeding type, the technique of applying fertilizer, standard culture, and preventing technology of diseases and insect pests were studied using investigation of paper quizzes, consultation of references and using AHP method, according to the cultural demonstration of higher maize yield to select the main factors of affecting the yield in different objective yields.Analysis results showed that the effect applying fertilizer on maize yield was larger than breeding, rational close planting, and transplant seedling, the latter was larger than the prevention technique of diseases and insect pests. As possible as concerned with raising maize yield from lower to higher, the main factors were breed. Replacing seed raised maize yield obviously. The popularization and application of hybridized maize has caused large extent of popularization in Guizhou province since 1980, and the lever of maize production was continued raised. In the maize production from middle to higher yield, the technique of applying fertilizer, breed, rotational close planting affected it obviously. To realize the lever from high to supper-high yield, the factor affecting maize yield was larger than others. Traditional mode of applying fertilizer, named as "yipaohong" , has caused nutrient deficiency and premature in latter period of maize growing. On the contrary, the supper high yield of maize can been obtained by using feasible proportion of NPK, increasing the amount of applying fertilizer in the period of fringe, selecting new seed which has the potential of high yield, resists close planting, higher productivity of individual plant and high...
