Mazz's polyploids inducement techniques are studied with the method of trial materials immersed in colchicine and colchicines added in mediums. Lonicera macranthoides Hand.Mazz's polyploids are chosed and determined, All the studies above may provide theoretical and practical basis to Lonicera macranthoides Hand.Mazz's callus inducements and medicinal plants polyploid inducement. The test results are as follows:(1)The orthogonal tests show that in the process of callus induction, the higher concentration of hormone BA,NAA,2,4-D is not better,and the appropriate concentration is good for callus induction.The best callus inducement medium is got from the test:B5+2,4-D 0.5mg·L-1+BA 1.0 mg·L-1+NAA 3.0 mg·L-1;The orthogonal tests also show that KT is useful in the process of adventitious shoots induced from callus,and it is more important than BA,NAA.The best medium of adventitious shoots induced from callus is got from the test:B5+BA 3.0 mg·L-1+NAA 1.0 mg·L-1+KT 0.2 mg·L-1(2)Using the colchicine as induction agent, polyploids are induced with the method of trial materials immersed in colchicine and colchicines added in mediums. The result shows that all the two methods can induce polyploids, and the method of adventitious shoots immersed in 0.4% colchicine solution 16 hours is the better induce method, the inducement rate reaches 50.0%.
