| Chestnut flower contains volatile fragrant oil and many bio-activated compounds. These active substances can be used in therapy diarrhea, hematochezia. scrofula, dysentery. large intestine of blood, infantile indigestion, and have a good antimicrobial effect. Many chestnut flowers are male, female less. In order to improve the output of chestnut, chestnut trees often need to thinning male flower and mostly as waste disposaled. wasted resources. This paper based on a great deal of literature and did the research on the aroma, flavone's extraction and analysis. Grope for the technics of the chestnut flower as raw materials extracted aroma preparation of air freshener by hydrodistillation distillation, and the antibacterial activity of the extracts of chestnut flower was studied. Achieve the goal of chestnut flower intensive processes and compositive exploiture, offer the experimental basis and foundation for the completely and environmental exploit in the chestnut and make economy profit maximize. The following researches have been carried out in three aspects and the results as followed:1) Flavone's extraction and analvsis of chestnut flowerQualitative analysis by the chromogenic reaction was carried out to the flavonoid which was extracted from chestnut flower in this study. The content of the flavone was determined by spectro-photometry. Got the standard curve by comparing to rutin standard: y=11.86x+0.015, R=0.9955, y was the absorbency, x was the concentration of the rutin after diluted(mg·mL-). In this paper, ethanol as extraction solvent, using solvent extraction methods extracted flavonoids from chestnut flower. Eventually determined the optimum technological conditions by the single factor and orthogonal experiment:the ethanol solution with the concentration of 50%. the mass ratio between solvent and solid was 25, the chestnut flower was extracted 3h. temperature at 70℃. Under the optimum conditions, the extracted rate was 3.9%.2) Extraction, identification and application of the chestnut flower aromatic substancesPure water as the solvent, we used rapid solvent extraction method extracted aromatic substances from chestnut flower. Utilization the blow and traping technology directly analyze the aromatic substances of chestnut flower. Identification and quantification the aromatic substances of chestnut flower by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology. The results showed that chestnut flower aromatic substances contains twenty-eight species composition. There are ten kinds of esters, four kinds of alcohols and nine kinds of aldehydes in the chestnut flower essential oil. Including alcohols, aldehydes. esters are the main volatile components of chestnut flower essential oil. and also the main components of the chestnut floral aroma. The chestnut flower aromatic substances contain linalool 0.06 mg/g. nonanal 0.05 mg/g and acetophenone 0.0057 mg/g.This paper extracted chestnut flower aromatic substances by steam distillation technology, and make distilled water fully homogeneous mixed with chestnut flower aromatic substances preparation of air freshener. The result of experiment indicates that the late chestnut flower as raw materials in steam pressure is 0.04 Mpa. distillation time of 2.5 h and liquid to solid ratio of 6. and in this conditions have best results.3) The antimicrobial activity of chestnut flower extractsPut the distillation liquid of chestnut flower as experimental samples. The antimicrobial activity of chestnut flower distillation liquid to escherichia coli. bacillus subtilis. and staphylococcus aureus was studied. The results showed that the distillation liquid of chestnut flower have certain antibacterial effects. For the same bacteria, the fresh flower's bacteriostatic effect is better than the dry flower's, the mixture have the best antibacterial. The antimicrobial activity of chestnut flower extracts was in order of: escherichia coli>staphylococcus aureus>bacillus subtilis. With the lower concentration of the extracts, the sterilization effect is gradually reduced. When the distillation liquid of chestnut flower concentration is 15%. it's still has the inhibition activity on escherichia coli, and this concentration on the inhibitory effect of staphylococcus aureus. less obvious, has no inhibition on bacillus subtilis. |
