The research objects were the aberrances and several differentia analyse of them havbeen done, including agronomic traits, chromosome, isoenzyme and DNA. The resultwere as following:1. Traits changes:After introducing exogenous RNA, it is obvious that there is few traitchanges of D1 lines, but there are more changes of agronomic traits in D2 lines whicinclude plant height, stem rigidity, panicle length, grain number per panicle etc. Thrate of the aberrance is 8.75%.2. Chromosome aberrance:We observed the chromosome aberrance of D1 and D2 witexogenous RNA introduced lines in the stage of pollen mother cell (PMC) meiosisThe results showed that both of the D1 and D2 lines had appeared the chromosomaberrances which including single chromosome, chromosome lagging, chromosombridge, excessive bally dividing etc. The rate of the aberrance in D1 group is 27.44%and in D2 group is 14.05%.3. Peroxide enzyme analyses:Stripes of the peroxide enzyme ebbed and decreased alarge in the twelve aberrance analysesed. The aberrance D215,D222,D228 had a newstripe with stripe two, strong expression; Stripe one had leaker expression in thaberrance D203,D257. All the other stripes had leaker expression than the acceptor.4. SSR marker:SSR analysis of 49 aberrance coming from 30 plant lines showed, in 6 pairs SSR primers, Xgwm155 located on chromosome 3A and Xgwm645 located on chromosome 3D can amplified diversity between Chinese spring and the aberrance.
