Design Research, Based On Fabrication, Assembly And Maintenance Of Aircraft Engine External Systems

Since the gas turbine engine came into being in 1940, aviation developed countries carried out numbers of basic research program for the aero-engine technology development, produced advanced aero-engine for military and civil aircrafts generation by generation, stepped up on new technical levels. These new technical contribute continuous improvement to military and civil aero-engine performance. Aero-engine trade has become the military industry and national economy.External system as one key part of the aero-engine, including multiple systems, much kind of accessory and variety configurations, is considered complex part of the aero-engine.Based on the investigation on the situation of external technical development of oversea and domestic aero-engine and research of the machining, assembly and maintenance of aero-engine, this paper summarized the general rule of aero-engine external design. Therefore, it will improve the external design, the assembly efficiency and the quality of products while reduce the cost of manufacture.In this thesis, the following are listed work done on this topic:1.The situation of external technical development of oversea and domestic aero-engine was reached briefly;2.This paper focused on the process, method of external design of aero-engine, including accessories, aircraft engine pipe system and sustenance;3.Based on the factor of manufacture, assembly and maintenance, the method and process of regulation of aero-engine external design was constituted;4.The representative of aero-engine external requirement system was initiated.
