Test System Construction Program And Project Risk Analysis

Based on the relevant theories and methods of PMBOK, and according to the demand of work safety fundamental informationization with the need of work safety supervision and management and emergency rescue during the period of"the 11th five-year plan", also combined with the requirements of the informationization development in our institute, this paper proposed the establishment plan of experimental information system, and discussed the plan and pattern of aviation industry system experimental informationization, as well as the risk analysis.This paper first elaborated the primary problems of work safety supervision and management and emergency rescue command, and the aviation industry system safety management informationization. Besides, this study comprehensively analyzed the present situation and central problems of experimental informationization, in addition, discussed the guideline, principle, object and method of work safety supervision and management and emergency rescue command, and the aviation industry system safety management informationization. In accordance with the strategy of"Invigorating China through science and education, Ensuring production safety through science and technology",this study promoted the aircraft engine experimental information system establishment plan through discussion and research. Based on the establishment plan, and complied with the implementation principle of risk pre-report"Three R-s", risk per-alert"Multiple"and risk pre-control"Match", this paper analyzed and evaluated the risk existed in aircraft engine experimental information system establishing process, according to which the counter measures were drew up.Finally, this paper summarized the study work, and put forward the primary contents, methods and orientation in further research.
