With the rapid development of China’s economy,the competition in the freight market is becoming increasingly fierce,and with the increasing application of advanced technologies such as the Internet,big data and artificial intelligence,major logistics companies have continued to carry out information transformation and upgrades.As the main force of railway small goods transportation,luggage and parcel transportation must give full play to the advantages of railway backbone network transportation,constantly improve the level of information technology,and win customers with high quality and differentiated products and services under the market environment of intensified competition.In recent years,railway luggage and parcel transportation enterprises have vigorously carried out informatization construction,and are gradually promoting the business upgrade and transformation of electronic bills.Through the introduction,promotion and application of new technologies,the system interconnection,information sharing and resource integration are preliminarily realized,which lays a foundation for the transformation and development of railway luggage and parcel express business to modern logistics.However,as the key operation link of luggage and parcel transportation at present,the formulation of shipping plan and loading scheme is still based on manual experience.There are some problems,such as low efficiency of information flow,difficult to consider the overall benefit and unable to realize dynamic adjustment,which seriously restrict the development of luggage and parcel transportation.Therefore,with the purpose of improving the timeliness and overall benefits of luggage and parcel transportation,this article conducts an in-depth study on the automatic compilation method of the luggage shipping plan and loading scheme for luggage car of railway passenger train,which mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Investigate and summarize the current situation of luggage and parcel transportation,deeply analyze the operation process and main problems of luggage and parcel transportation,give the process optimization scheme after electronic bill,and point out that the automatic preparation of luggage and parcel shipping plan and loading scheme is the key problem to be solved.(2)Analyze the influencing factors of transportation plan,and propose a dynamic cargo classification method based on timeliness by considering timeliness and transportation principle.On this basis,with the premise of ensuring timeliness and the goal of maximizing the revenue of the baggage cart,a dynamic luggage and parcel shipping planning model is constructed,and the model is solved based on lingo,and the effectiveness of the model is verified through the analysis of examples.(3)Based on the analysis of the main problems existing in the luggage loading operation,the design method of the luggage compartment loading optimization scheme is proposed,which is in line with the characteristics of the luggage and parcel loading,including two parts: the calculation of the loading demand for goods at each station and the dynamic allocation of unloaded space.On this basis,aiming at maximizing the space utilization of the loading area,the luggage and parcel loading model is constructed.(4)A hybrid genetic algorithm is designed to solve the proposed luggage loading model.The genetic algorithm is used to encode the loading sequence of different types of goods.Combined with the heuristic packing rule based on space division,the loading model is simulated according to the individual coding sequence to assess the fitness of the individual.Finally,the effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified through the analysis of a numerical example. |
