The Research On Xi'an Community Environment Base On Public Safety

Urban communities are main site of people life and entertainment. People can not be separated communities thrive. Public safety of communities relates to the settlements in the vital interests of the residents. Therefore, study of communities base on public safety environment has very real significance. The safety of communities environments affects economic prosperity and social stability. The security and stability of communities is the foundation of social development. Through the analysis of settlements in the public safety problems, we are able to carry out a reasonable method communities planning and construction to ensure public safety communities on social security, stability, healthy and harmonious development, and it has very important significance.Based on the theoretical research of urban planning and architecture theory,CPTED theory, environmental behavior and environmental psychology theory, public safety management theory, urban disasters theory and so on, the paper uses multidisciplinary research method, literature research methods, the field and questionaire survey method and other methods.The paper studies public safety of environment of settlements in Xi'an under the perspective of urban planning and design,and it proposes the method of planning the public safety space environment of communities.Then, above the study on method of planning the public safety space environment of communities,it investigates creating of public safety environment of Xi'an communities.This paper studies the basic theory of communities public safety, the types and characteristics of public safety events and environmental factors affect the communities public safety. On this basis, through field research of Xi'an communities, the paper analyzes and studies the environment of public safety problems. The paper explores ways to build public safety environment in space environment and soft environment construction in the communities.The main conclusion of this paper is:The first, this paper starts from city public safety of Xi'an, and then it researches public safety of communities in Xi'an. On the basis of the investigation, the paper main studies frequent incidents of public safety communities in Xi'an, including space environment of the defense safety, fire safety, traffic safety and human environment of communities, and it researches on Xi'an communities in different periods to analyze the status of Xi'an communities defense safety, fire safety, traffic safety and human environment in public safety.The second,according to research on the status of public safety in Xi'an communities, the author proposed principles of space environment planning and design of public safety in Xi'an communities:the principle of local conditions. the principle of overall coordination, people-oriented principle, the principle of public participation. basis of the principles on the above, the paper mainly proposes the space environmental planning method of defense safety, fire safety, traffic safety in Xi'an communities, and it also discusses the spatial planning of other public safety incidents in Xi'an communities.The third, above the research on the methods of public safety of communities space environment, the paper discusses countermeasure to create public safety environment in Xi'an communities. It mainly includes the construction of public safety culture, public safety management strategies and the use of science and technology in public safety of communities.
