The Construction Of Public Buildings Indicators Of Urban Residential Communities

The planning and construction on community is becoming a globe trend. With the community-construction promoted gradually by the state and local government, the research on how to make the index of the allocation of public facility in resident areas become scientific, standard and systematic, and how to combine it with control factor of community-construction is becoming more and more important both in theory and practice. Because it can not only satisfy the requirements of various resident but also improve the culture level of citizen ,The paper focuses on the city of Hangzhou and give a systemic research on how the residents use public facilities in resident areas. Base on the analys on physical and psychological requires of residence, the author declared the current problems of residential areas in HangZhou.In this paper, subjective evaluation on the public facilities of residential areas is surveyed and analyzed based on five residential areas in HangZhou. the main result is that the total satisfaction of residential is relative to psychology character, general requirement of resident and varies with the age . furthermore, the impersonality factors such as space position and function can not be ignored.According on the result , the author give a guide line system and allocation principles of public facilities in residential areas, and advises some ways on community construct.
