LED applications in general lighting get rapid development in recent years as the technology of high-power white LED being mature. As LED has numerous advantages like high luminous efficacy, long life and easy to control, how to implement fully these advantages can be a research focus.This thesis introduces the design of an intelligent lighting control system based on high-efficiency LED driver and ZigBee network. Main work of this thesis lists below.1,Based on theoretical derivation, this thesis introduces detailed design process of a high-efficient switching power supply, analyses difficulties encountered during the process and give out corresponding solutions. Experiments are made to verify the power supply's functionality and reliability. Moreover, a new scheme for secondary synchronous rectifier is proposed and analyzed.2,Analyse several kinds of constant current control IC's working principle and characteristics. Based on design demands, this thesis introduces the development of constant current driver design using HV9910B. Furthermore, discussion on discreteness of output current and solution for short circuit protection are given out.3,Research on ZigBee technology and its protocol stack structure. By comparing and analyzing ZigBee solutions on market, this thesis determines the scheme and designs an intelligent lighting control system based on ZigBee network. Both hardware schematic diagrams and software flow charts are presented.4,Put forward an algorithm to keep constant illuminance on working surface. Compared different control methods of intelligent lighting system, this thesis proposes a simple and efficient algorithm that its working principle and key data structure are presented. In order to verify the algorithm, experiments are carried out and corresponding data are obtained. In addition, some problems are discussed and solutions are given.
