.240 M, Monocular Chimney Electric Climbing The Outer Frame Single Climb The Research And Application Of Construction Technology

In thermal powerplant,chimney is among the main buildings.In the early 1990s, Our company uses construction technology of electric climbing-form to complete many successfully successively electrically operated different highly, the different caliber chimney.Taking the construction of 240m high single-cylinder type chimney as background,combing with single climbing construction technology of exernal frame for electric climbing-form,studies its principle,the computation,the method and measure.The main contents are detailed as following:1.Improvement measures to the electric climbing-form system,such as lifting and platform system.The single climbing system of external formwork for electric climbing-form is applied,which makes one of handing frame and lifting frame of external formwork fastened and another one lifted relatively to drive lifting of formwork and the whole construction platform.Moreover,internal formwork is hung on the radiative beam to reduce internal handing and lifting frame.This system includes electric lifting system,follow lifting handing platform and vertical transportation system,unit style formwork system,electric and signal control system,and so on,which assures engineering quality,improves construction progress,and reduces cost.2.Based on analyzing the load state of construction platform deeply,the simplified model of construction platform is built by using of the structural mechanical,and corresponding the electric climbing-form construction platform mechanical properties are analyzed.The research work in this thesis provide a reliable theoretical basis to the design and installment of the construction platform.The conclusions have important applied significances.3.The system assembly,the load experiment,the construction processes and the main construction technologies of the single climbing construction technology of external frame for electric climbing-form were explained in detail.The problems which may emerge in construction were studied and the treating measures were given.4.A set of chimney construction quality control standard, which includes Code for acceptance of chimney construction and Code for acceptance of the device of external frame for electric climbing-form. Has used a series of qualities, the security and the environmental protection measure in the construction, makes the good progress.The research results of this paper that the technology is reasonable and advance, also can provide references for other similar engineering.
